Our studio minimizes the use of non-reusable materials while maintaining the highest degree of sterilization. Whenever possible, biodegradable, compostable, recyclable or reusable materials are used.
We also minimize our emissions and carbon footprint by keeping the majority of our processes and transport local with an on-site lab.

In a world of corporate dentistry chains and big group orthodontic practices, BOCA believes in keeping it local. Created by Dr. Erin Fraundorf, a Saint Louis University orthodontic graduate and Ladue resident, BOCA was designed with the Saint Louis community in mind. Having experience in all of the aforementioned styles of orthodontic practices, Dr. Erin was frustrated with the factory-feel of practices pumping through hundreds of patients a day and patients being treated like a dollar sign. She created BOCA in a boutique style to give patients the care and attention they deserve with a doctor committed to them and their community.

With 3D printing, we can print models of your teeth in our studio for custom appliance and retainer fabrication. 3D printing allows for the most accurate models which results in the best fitting appliances. An in-studio lab allows us to make appliances on-site, which means less waiting for you.

BOCA’s boutique studio revolves around the patient experience with a spa-like atmosphere, exceptional concierge service, advanced technology and incredible convenience. Comprising six private patient suites, a swanky whitening studio, relaxing guest lounge and zen adult oasis, BOCA was intentionally designed with meticulous care. Each suite is equipped with a massaging patient chair, two flat screens– one for treatment viewing, one for entertainment with streaming services and all of the comfort amenities to make your care extra enjoyable. Every detail, from the physical layout of the space to the amenities and the tech, was deliberately selected to promote a sense of tranquility and comfort for patients to feel welcome and at ease.
